Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how NOWI Skills AB ("NOWI", "we") collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law.

1. Data controller

NOWI Skills AB (Org.nr 559416-0227), Storseglet 43, Lgh 1101, 136 56 Vega, Sweden, is the controller responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@nowi.digital.

2. What we collect

When you use our contact form or message us, we collect your name, email address, company name and any details you choose to share. When you book a call, our scheduling provider processes your name, email and meeting time.

3. Why we process it & legal basis

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and deliver our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

4. WhatsApp & messaging

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed to reply to you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; please see Meta's own terms for how they handle your data.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded tools (e.g. our booking widget) may set their own cookies when loaded.

6. Sharing & processors

We share data only with trusted providers who help us operate — our website host, email delivery (Resend) and scheduling (Calendly). They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements and may be located within the EU/EEA.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@nowi.digital.

9. Complaints

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
